Responsible for clearing all tables and resetting them for new seating in accordance with venue standards. Other customer service duties required as requested by restaurant supervisor in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals. Continuously monitor tables to assess guests' needs in a courteous manner.
